Some thoughts, written in my journal on different occasions, collected on the day I booked tickets for my trip to Kodaikanal which begins today. The trip is neither planned nor very elaborate. It's just one of those trips I really wanted to make. High levels of excitement make me want to get on to the bus and just take off. I feel like this weekend is going to be that cup of life that one enjoys after a hard day. In this context, this trip comes at a time when I certainly need a break from the monotonous, predictable and planned routine. All that I want to do is to breathe the fresh air of the mountains, sip a cup of chai and rejuvenate the soul with bubbling enthusiasm, freshness and gobble a bowl full of random madness. :)
